Elias Noel

Elias Noell announced himself during the creation of Ilea Fee, as I quickly decided that it would be a pair of twins.

The blank - 26.07.

I received the blank on 26.07.2026.

Unfortunately, the processing will take a little longer, as I am still waiting for the delivery of the book Your DIY Reborn Tutorial Book by Annett Klein waiting.

The belly plate does not belong to the kit and comes from the Colours set by once so real.

What I noticed right away is that the head, in my opinion, does not match the size of the body and limbs. Since his twin sister Ilea has a larger head, I will completely swap the limbs and the belly plate.

Colour correction / priming - 30.07.

On 30.07.2026, it was finally time, and I was able to start painting Elias. I learned a lot of new things in the book and I am really looking forward to implementing all of it.

I started with Elias by correcting the skin tone with green.

I did not correct the colour of the limbs, as they come from Ilea's kit and have a different shade.

Here I directly performed a blue wash.

Blue Wash - 31.07.

On 31.07. I performed a Blue Wash on the head. I think the shade of the two kits has adapted very well.

I carried out the first blue shading on the belly plate and one arm.

Further shading of folds - 01.08.

On 01.08. I continued with the folds on the second arm and one leg.

Working time: 1:25h

Total time: 4:00h

Restart - 05.08.

To better see the details, I put on my reading / working glasses and then saw that I had not thoroughly removed the traces of Ilea's first dyeing. This meant I had to decolour everything again and start from the beginning. And this time DECOLOUR thoroughly. For this, I took a toothbrush in hand. I could of course leave the head as it was, since it had not been dyed before.

Blue Wash the 2nd - 06.08.

After I thoroughly decoloured everything yesterday, I started with the new Blue Wash today.

Here I have shaded the head and the belly plate blue.

Blue shading of the first leg & hand - 18.08.2026

The shading for Elias progresses significantly faster and easier than for Ilea. I think this is due to 1. practice and 2. the fact that the arm is smaller and has fewer wrinkles.
